NCC GOP Officers
Michael Fleming, Chair
A native New Castle Countian, Mr. Fleming is an executive with a global bio-pharmaceutical company. He is a former senior aide to US Senator William V. Roth and graduate of Salesianum School, the University of Delaware and Johns Hopkins University. He is active in the community as a volunteer, coach, teacher and member of multiple charitable and civic boards and committees.
Joe Oddo, Vice Chair
Mr. Oddo began his business career with Automatic Data Processing, serving in various roles including Senior Group Vice President, Financial Services, responsible for 3 Brokerage Services divisions in New York, Chicago and Philadelphi.
From 1991 to 1995, Mr. Oddo was Senior Vice President of Merck/Medco and Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer of Medical Marketing. In 2001, Mr. Oddo joined Solstice Software, Inc. as President and CEO. Mr. Oddo continues to serve developing companies primarily in the IT Services space.
Mr. Oddo has served as a Director of Delphi Information Systems, Telerx Corporation, and Solstice Software.
