The NCC GOP Working Group on Transportation had a successful kick-off meeting last week with attendees from our Republican House Caucus, County, City of Wilmington and Townsend and Middletown Councils and Congressman Castle's office, along with representatives from the Wilmington Area Planning Council (WILMAPCO) and DelMarVa Rail Passengers Association. The team expects to hold a major public meeting this spring as it moves toward development of a comprehensive blueprint for transforming our county's infrastructure.
